Janaury 22-23rd

The first month is almost over and I’m already getting lazy! I need to do something spice this up, or else I really will get bored! I’ve decided to double up on this post because….well like I said I’m getting lazy with it already! So yesterday, Sunday, was our FIRST 10am service in SIX YEARS! I couldn’t believe it has been that long! That’s my entire time in the youth department! YIKES, I’m old! I have to say those, for it being so early in the morning I was actually pretty peppy! But this particular Sunday was very long. Cause after we got out of church at 1, we all grabbed lunch quickly then we went to ANOTHER church service. Pastor was preaching at a one year anniversary service. So I was in church from 10am-7pm. That’s a long time! However, I loved it! I was able to get such a release! It was truly wonderful, I was able to be at peace the rest of the evening. Plus I slept really really well! I found out last night that one of my dear friends, and our youth prayer director GOT ENGAGED!!!! I am so incredibly happy for Krystal. She totally deserves it! But now that she is engaged, us girls are truly happy yet depressed at the same time! But that happens when ANYONE gets engaged. But I’m upset that she is leaving us! I’m not sure I can handle not seeing her anymore. Or not getting my weekly bible verse with our reminder for prayer every Monday. Who’s gonna take over?! Whoever it is has HUGE shoes to fill (which is kinda ironic because Krystal is so little. She’s makes you wanna just stuff her in her pocket! Krystal is just the start of my happiness! Lately all of our younger youth seems to be taking huge leaps lately and I’m so incredibly proud of them. Sometimes I feel that they are teaching me more than I am teaching them, with me being older you’d think it’d be the other way around. I’m just so excited to see where they are all going! Jesus is so wonderful! I’m so excited to see the things He is going to be doing down here.
